If you email contact@metaltreesystems.com, we receive the information you include, such as your name, email address, and message. We use it to respond to your inquiry and continue the conversation. Please do not send account credentials, financial account numbers, or other sensitive information.

Website technology

This site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. The hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver, secure, and operate the website. We have not added advertising trackers, analytics tools, or cookies for marketing purposes.

Contacting us by email is optional. The site does not create visitor accounts or collect investment information. Selecting “Copy email” copies our public contact address to your clipboard.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use inquiry information for business correspondence and related recordkeeping. We may process correspondence through the service providers used to operate our business, or disclose information when required by applicable law. We do not sell information provided through inquiries.

Correspondence may be retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or meet applicable obligations.
